Venue Hire
Either of the two main halls, or the community room and kitchen can be rented for private use and are often used by organisations for group training or events. The community garden is also available for community activities like gardening, summer workshops, Cornish dancing, Songs of Praise etc.

Tenant Spaces
Cornubia has 4 tenant spaces - retail space at the front of the building (currently a community computer shop), and a studio at the rear of the building (currently leased to Under the Sun Ceramics), and 2 first floor offices (currently leased to NHS Cornwall & Isles of Scilly).
